One room hire fee covers the room in which you hold your Civil Ceremony, Meal and evening function.
The Oak Room
£500 (2008) £550 (2009)
Capacity 100 guests for a Civil function and meal, up to 200 for an evening function.
Traditionally oak panelled the Oak room is a former ballroom. It has picturesque bay windows, open fireplaces, a dance floor and space for a band or disco.
The Bredon Room
£400 (2008) £475 (2009)
The Bredon room is a light, airy conservatory style room, with panoramic views of the lawns, lake and surrounding countryside.
Capacity 50 guests for a Civil function, but is not suitable for a meal. With prior arrangement this room may be used for arranging flowers, storage of your table decorations etc, or a changing room for your band or disco. It is at the rear of the hotel and can be accessed via a ramp from the car park.
The Shire Room
£350 (2008) £375 (2009)
Capacity 30 guests for a Civil function and a meal. An intimate function room, oak panelled with a stone mantelpiece and French doors opening onto the rear lawn.
Marquee
£500 venue hire in 2008 / £550 in 2008
(Excludes hire of the marquee structure, which is arranged separately by the bridal party)
You may arrange your own Marquee to be erected on the rear lawns, and the hotel may require making a charge for the inclusion of a temporary bar.
The marquee operators usually set-up a covered walkway from the rear door of the hotel to the entrance to the marquee, to give the hotel staff and guests easy access into the building.
Currently wedding ceremonies are not licensed to be performed in Marquees.
