His vision for Cedar 1905 is to create a restaurant that is both a local favourite and a true destination, forming part of a wider ambition to establish Dumbleton Hall as one of the Cotswolds’ most respected culinary destinations.
Beneath soft lighting and surrounded by layered interiors, guests dine in a space that feels at once elegant and welcoming — a natural extension of the house itself.
Large windows draw in views of the grounds, while the atmosphere inside remains intimate and unhurried. It is a room designed for long conversations, shared bottles and the gentle theatre of a well-paced meal.
Sunday lunch is one of Britain's great traditions, and it's a privilege to continue that tradition here at Dumbleton Hall. We work closely with local suppliers across the Cotswolds to source exceptional meats, fish and seasonal produce, allowing every ingredient to speak for itself. My aim is simple: honest, beautifully crafted food, served with warmth, generosity and a sense of occasion worthy of a country house Sunday.
