Our “Best Avalible Rates” can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. Within this time period, full payment will be taken from the credit card guaranteeing the reservation (This does not apply to Offers or Advance Purchase Rates).

Advanced Purchase Rates offer you the opportunity of a greater discount on room rates. Advanced Purchase Rates come with their own Terms and Conditions. Rooms must be paid for at the time of reservation, cancellation or transfer of the reservation after payment has been made cannot be accepted. No refund will be offered or provided should you try to cancel your reservation or do not show on the expected day of arrival. This includes all parts of the package you choose to purchase at the time of reservation.
Dinner Inclusive Terms
When making a reservation you can choose to add dinner to your stay option, at an additional charge. This provides you with a fixed price dinner charge with free choice from the menu in The Cedar Tree Restaurant. By reserving this before you arrive you will receive a discount off the published menu price and it includes a 3 course menu choice. (Coffee/tea optional extra). You may ask your reservation agent to reserve this for you when you call or if you are booking online please select dining upsell and choose the number of meals you would like to reserve.
Rates
Rates are per room per night on a Bed & Breakfast basis as specified above, and are based on 2 people sharing a standard double/twin room.
Supplements may apply and are shown above.
All rates include VAT.
Children
Children aged 4-14 stay free of charge when sharing adults’ room.
For children aged 4-14 years inclusive meals are charged as taken.
Dogs
Dogs are accepted at Dumbleton Hall Hotel, a small charge is made per dog, per night.
Dogs can be added when booking online or via phone.
Although they are not permitted in the restaurant, our 19 acres of grounds are perfect for walking them.
